VS 2005 Setup Project

All my setup projects whether created originally in VS2003 or new ones
created with VS2005 give the following error when I compile in VS2005...

Error 1 An error occurred while validating. HRESULT = '80004002'

Any ideas?

Yes. IS 7 SP4.

I was able to fix it using some registry hacks I found in an MS KB article.
