What happened to SQL Express Manager?  Visual Studio Pro 2005

I just installed Visual Studio 2005 Professional RTM version, and can't
find SQL Express Manager.  It was in the June CTP, and it quickly became
indispensable to me.

Did some marketing dw33b get a hold of the product and say "They have to
buy a full version of SQL Server 2005 to get any tools".  For god's
sake, I develop apps for desktop use, and do not need a server...

Hello,

With VS.NET 2005 Professioanl edition, you may connect the SQL Server 2005
Express with VS.NET server explorer window, or SQLCMD.EXE.
