I am using the included version with .NET but when I print out a report there
is a tag line at the bottom indicating a demo version. How can get this line
removed, or did we really get a demo version?

I've not seen this before; my suggestions on things to check:
* Have you installed a demo version of a later version of CR?
* Have you entered your "permanent" registration key from Business Objects
(previously Crystal Decisions)?
* Have you tried talking to the support staff at Business Objects, or
checked their support website at http://support.crystaldecisions.com/ ?
