Installing vsnet 2k3 after installing vsnet 2k5

Hi,
r there any known issues when installing vsnet2k3 after I have installed
vsnet 2k5?

I have also done it twice. Once with VS.NET 2K3 failing to start after
installations and once succesfully without any issues. This was using 2K5
beta 1 but since beta releases are not perfect so installations may have
issues...
