Hi,

Some of the features in VS.NET like "XML Web Services" on the tab "Online
Resources" has ceased to function on my VS.NET installation...and only
describes the error message "This feature requires that you have connected
to the Internet..."

Is it my firewall that prevents that page from loading or what?? Seems weird
tough since I can use the "Search Online" functionality on the same tab...

Anybody has a clue?

Regards
/Oscar

Oscar,

That was already discussed several times and published...
It's not ok to post before doing a simple search.

Any way... I forgive you...

?
This problem can be caused by several things.  Two of the most common
problems can be fixed as follows:
1. In IE, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Languages.  If English is not
listed, add it to the list.
2. Make sure that the filter is set to (none) in the "What's New" page. If
not set to (none), change it to (none) and refresh page.
?

Regards,
Mario
