Visual Studio.Net intercepting application errors in batch file

Hello,

I am running bioinformatics batch files that run applications that sometimes
crash.  If I turn off error reporting, I can run my batch file, except in the
case when I have Visual Studio.Net installed.  It seems to intercept the
application errors and bring up a dialog box.  How do I turn this off so I
can run my batch files?

Thanks in advance!

I went to Tools->Options->Debugging->Just-In-Time and deselected all options
hoping this would fix things.

Still no luck.  I have a feeling I need to change the default environment
variables for a command window so that the Visual Studio Debug libraries are
not invoked.

Anyone know how to do this?

I just do not want message dialog boxes coming up when I run a batch file
containing many applications that may crash!!!
