I'm using a Matrox G450, and can reliably reproduce this - running Win2k SP4.

- start VS
- maximize in either display
- minimize VS
- maximize again

I get 2 title bars displaying, and another small title bar with "Restore Up"
and "Restore Down" buttons.  Doing a screen refresh clears the 2 titles, and
leaaves the small title bar. The only thing that works is to close and
restart.

A co-worker with the same video card and driver version, and same machine,
but running 2003 doesn't have the problem.

Anyone else have this problem?  any solutions?

I have a different, but probably related two monitor issue.  When I check
files in/out of Source Control from a single maximized VS window on one
monitor, part of a second phantom window overlays the contents of my second
monitor and scrambles the content of other windows open in that desktop.

I have found no solution and am running on Windows XP SP 2 with an ATI 9700
video card and the latest drivers.
