Hi,

I need to buy a version of Visual C#.NET Visual Studio that will allow me to :

1) create and reuse object libraries
2) create web projects
3) create and use webservices
4) full access to the .net framework

I use Windows XP Professional.
Is Visual C#.NET Standard 2003 good enough for this?
