I was asked today to develop some new VB utility type
programs (server monitor tools, reporting tools, +misc
automated tools) in a medical type facility. They
currently run several windows 2003 servers and a few w2k
servers along with sql db.

What version of .net products do you recommend?

Visual studio .net 2003 professional, special edition,
standard edition ......
