What do I need to run applications developed in VB.net

Hi folks,

I have this application that was developed by someone
else using VB>NET and when I try to run it on my win98 OS
it gives me all kinds of error messages and throws some
exceptions. What would I need to run that application on
my win98 OS. I do not have Visual Studio.NET installed on
my WIN 98 box.

Thanks in advance and any help will be really appreciated,

Download Dotnetfx.exe from the below link
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?
url=/downloads/list/netdevframework.asp

and install on ur machine.Then try running the software
