I am using vs 2003 , I want to upgrade vs 2005 ,How it it ?

First, you will have to wait until the year 2005, when it is released.

It's better than the previous Technology Previews.
That said, it's a *beta*, and all the standard cautions apply, including
"don't install beta test software on a production machine".
It's not an upgrade to your existing Visual Studio .NET 2003, and should not
be installed on the same PC .
If you have a second PC or use VPC, knock yourself out.
