What does "Direct3D9: (ERROR) :Invalid value for
SwapEffect. Must be one of D3DSWAPEFFECTS_COPY,
D3DSWAPEFFECTS_DISCARD, or D3DSWAPEFFECTS_FLIP.
ValidatePresentParameters fails."
Mean exactly, I think it has to do with swapping from
regular window handle to full screen. I really don't know.

Please help if Possible,
Thanks!

in the D3DPRESENT_PARAMETERS structure you use when calling D3DDevice8.CreateDevice(...), you need to fill in a valid value for SwapEffect.

possible values are:
- D3DSWAPEFFECTS_COPY
- D3DSWAPEFFECTS_COPY_VSYNC
- D3DSWAPEFFECTS_DISCARD
- D3DSWAPEFFECTS_FLIP
