I am running window xp professional with all the latest
update I found from the windows update site which include
the latest versionn of the .NET framework and Windows xp
sp1.

I am running Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003. When ever
I create an application or attempt to create an
application and try to compile it, I get the error
messsage below. I cannot create anything/compile anything.

Unable to start debugging.

Unable to start program '<path>'.

The system cannot find the file specified.

Is there a bug with visual studio .NET 2003. When I try to
update it also I am unable to.

PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

this only gives a problem when I try to creae a win32
colsole application.
