I'm having some difficulties finding the information I
need to create a deployment project for an ASP.Net web
app that allows me to specify the drive and directory
that I want the files to be installed to.

In addition I'm trying to install to one specific site on
a server that contains a dozen or so sites. How do I
specify which site I want the app to be put under?

If your sites are differentiated using Host Headers or IP Address, then the
current Web Setups won't work. They only support installing to specific web
servers based on Port. And will only install to the first active server on
a given port.

However , PSS has a fix for this that does not yet appear to be on MSDN.
But, you should be able to call them and get it. If the PSS person doesn't
know what you are talking about, tell them to contact me.
