Access Denied Error - Application Center Test

We are running the ACT against our website to record the script and we are
getting "Access Denied" Error.We tried the Knowledge Base article and still
getting the error,are there any restrictions for ACT to use? we are using ...

ACT does not support Windows authentication.  You may want to try
temporarily switching to Forms Authentication for this type of testing.
