Currently the Team foundation server could only be integrated with Visual
Studio 2005, it has its own Source code control system to replace the
stand-alone VSS.
AFAIK in the future there may be some third party utilities to integrate
the TFS with VS2003 and even some other non-VS development IDEs, I suggest
you can consult this issue in our corresponding MSDN Forum for more
information:
