patterns and practices entrprz lib

Hi,
I installed the patterns & practices enterprise library and tried to build
the VB.Net quickstart data driven solution from the start menu, but every
time I do, it runs C# instead. Should I just reinstall it?

The Enterprise Library is written in C#, so, when you open the
quickstart it references the library projects written in C#
