when I use
SQLDataadapter wizard and click on new connection button nothing happens...

in server explorer, if I click on plus sign near the sql
server-it's  expands and  I see a red cross sign on my MSDE local server
with the correct name of the server.
when i try to click it open it asks for username password
when i enter it and submit ..it a mesage box pops up showing "Error in the
DLL"
..
which dll?

I'm using visual studio.net 2003 and MSDE version 8.00.760
