It's really a nightmare to write a FxCop rule, where can I download the SDK document?

Hi buddies,
  Currently, I wanna write my private rules for Microsoft FxCop, but,
acturally, it's a nightmare. Cause, no offical SDK document/reference guide
on my hand. Does anybody know where to download/buy the book?  Thanks a
million.

disappointed?  with a free software tool that augments your application
performance, gets you questioning design principles and keeps you inline with
best practices?

i guess we hold different definitions of disappointment.  this product --
free of charge -- has been invaluable to me.
