Where can i get EIF

Can anyone help me,

I have upgraded to VS2003. I used to have an MSDN Universal Subscription
which is where i got my original .net studio from. I have bought the upgrade
and that is fine, but all of the messages i have read say that EIF can only
be downloaded on the MSDN subscribers area. So how can i get a copy as i no
longer have a valid subscription

Im sorry, but you require a MSDN Enterprise or Universal subscription in
order to download EIF.
