Hi,
Which OS are you targeting? Also, what version of .Net framework do you
have iinstalled on teh machine? There are a couple of reasons why the EIF
installation could fail with the error ".Net Framework must be installed".
One of the reasons is that either WMI or the Scripting runtime is corrupted
on the machine causing the custom action to fail. Kindly follow the steps
to install EIF with verbose logging and send us the log files; Please refer
