Can you use xml comments in visual basic dot net

For VS 2002 and 2003 you can't use the XML comments with VB.NET out of the box

However, if you are using 2003 you can download this PowerToy from gotdotnet.co

XMLcomments in VB.Net will be supported in Visual Studio.NET 2005 (aka Whidbey)
