I am having a hard time finidng out how  you use Visio in
conjunction with Visual Studio .net.

I have created the a greate entity relationihip digram in
Visio for example but I can't find how that information
can be imported inot Visioo.

there does not seem to be alot of infromation on the Visio
and Visual studio interface.

Visio does the work to pull class diagrams out of VS into UML diagrams.
Using Visio, you can generate code skeletons into VS .NET for a given
project as well.  You can choose to have your Visio diagram show up as an
item in your solution.   On the data front, you can reverse engineer
database schemas and generate database schemas as well from the database
MODEL diagram type.
