I'm getting the following error when I try to run a
simple windows application .Net project in VS .Net 2003
on a Win XP Pro SP1 machine:

"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start
debugging. No such interface supported."

The Machine Debug Manager service is running on my
machine & the Debug Mode for my project is set
to 'Project'.

I haven't seen any posting/help document that mentions
this error on MSDN or google.

Thanks for your help.

P.S. I've been using VS .Net for months now with no
problems, then all of a sudden this problem popped up. I
think I must have changed some setting on my machine...

Hi. Adrian.

Check the following link. Although it is about Transact-SQL Debugging, but
it will help you.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/trblsql/tr_serv
tools_5cfm.asp

And I heard that some Microsoft security patch affect your machine (rumor?)

Good luck
