Hi,
When I first installed the Visual Studio and tried to debug a file on a
server I get this message: Error while trying to run project: Unable to start
debugging on the web server Access is denied. This seems to be because the
"Network access: "Sharing and Security model for local accounts" security
policy doe not allow users to authenticate as themselves. This can be
configured with the "Local Security Settings" administration tool.
I have tried going into control panel>administrative tools but I do not have
anything called "Local Security Policy"
Help is appreciated

Dont know about the debugging part but you can get to the local
security policy by going to:
Start>Run>mmc
File>Add/remove Snap-in>Add>Group Policy>(Local Computer)>Finish
Close>OK
