VSIP Internal license, howto get?

How can I get an internal-use-only VSIP 2003 license? It seems that summsoft
no longer supporst VSIP licensing? Is this correct?

Hi Waldo,

MS moved VSIP support in-house quite a while ago. I actually work on the
support team we formed about 2 years ago to support the VSIP SDK.

To apply for a Package License Key (PLK), just click on the link entitled
"Request a Visual Studio Package Load Key" on the VS Extensibility Portal
site at http://www.msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/extend/.
