Where to find .vsz file for new web site-ASP.NET Web Site?

I looked in the .vsdir files but could not find the ASP .NET Web Site
Wizards for C# or VB.

There is not .vsz for ASP.NET projects, Microsoft changes all the project
system for Web projects, and at least in beta 1 there is no way to create a
web project by automation.
