I have a CodeFunction2 instance that I am inspecting in a VS2005 add-in.  I
have its Parameters collection but I don't see any way to detect if any of
the parameters are declared as out or ref (in c# parlance).  There must be a
way to do this.  Any ideas?

AFAIK, there is no way to do it through automation model. You need to
parse the parameter declaration manually.
