How to programatically add a new resx file

Hi there,

Can someone shed any light on how to add a new "resx" file to a project or
any other file for that matter. I think "ProjectItems.AddFromTemplate()" may
be the right method (?) but if so, how do you determine the name of the
project template to pass. Thanks very much.
