An error has occurred (requesting PLK)

Perhaps this is my problem. I just tried requesting another PLK for another
package. I tried 3 times to submit the request and got "an error has
occurred, we're sorry for the inconvenience" each time. When I hit the back
button the 4th time, it said my package load key request was pending.

I am afraid there may be some problems when you first visit our web site to
request a PLK. If there is no response from your PLK's pending request in a
few days, please let me know, I will contact our corrsponding product team
member to look into this issue.

Got confirmation e-mails today and tried out one of the PLK's -- which did
in fact work just fine. Thanks for the help, Gary!
