To be a target / consumer of existing toolbox functionality in VS, does my
window have to be a document window or will it work for a tool window as well?

Thanks,

Notre

It appears the toolbox's consumer should be a document window in most case,
I will ping the product team to confirm this problem.

Thanks for your understanding!

I got this work with a toolwindow, so it's possible.

That's great, Notre, also I didn't receive any different answers from the
product team.

Good Luck!
