Hi,
i don't know what you mean by "MSN Profession download product", but
XML-Spy from www.altova.com is doing a pretty good job, if you are working
with XSD schemas (functions to "guess" the Schema from a sample file, GREAT
visual represtation)
it also has a kind of "grid view" if you work with XML data that is more
relational (lots of elements of the same kind, in opposite to mixed content
like xHTML)
and even if you prefer to write XML in pure text mode (like me), it is
always sensible to have an editor that can check the "well formedness" while
typing.
Contra for XML-Spy: it tends to get slow for big files (big means a few MB),
files that can be shown easily using Microsoft Internet Explorer
(->MSXML-DOM).

i have to admit, that i haven't extensivly tried the XML editors of
VisualStudio 2003, but this would certainly be the Microsoft recommended
tool, it has a schema editor too

Greetings
Christian
