Does .NET fully support RPC Encoded SOAP bindings?

Is there an iminent release which will extend support for rpc encoded.

Hi Ben,

I think they are supported, but are strongly discouraged. RPC/encoded
bindings are non-comfirmant to WS-I Basic Profile.
I think what .NET does not support is RPC/Literal style.
