How to generate web service from wsdl?

Hi all,

is there a possibility to generate a web service from an existing wsdl file
/ proxy class?

i am new in this group, so sorry if this question was already in discussion.

wsdl.exe /server <wsdl_file>, /? for more option

i must to be blind, why is didn't see the /server option ;-)
