Error binding to target method.

I getting this error 50% of the time running my .NET webservice (F5). Same
code copy/pasted to the new webservice project works fine.
Any idea why this is happening?

Are you using some kind of proxy or packet tracer?

Recreating the solution file solved this problem for my asp.net project.
