Are the files which shipped uncompiled help files? Can't access the
documentaion. When will it be on MSDN?

Hi Ben,

The help files that ships with WSE 3.0 is compiled. You can view the help,
if you have Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 or .NET Framework SDK 2.0 (They install
the viewer for the documentation).

To view the WSE 3.0 documentation, which is in its early stages for this
release, go to Start->Program Files->Microsoft WSE 3.0->Documentation.
