Hi:
We've written an smartClient application which use WSE to communicate with
server. Seems there is a problem when running our client from IE
(OneClickDeployment) on a machine never have WSE runtime installed.

Could anyone confirm this issue exist? or just because I make something
wrong?
Any idea to solve this problem?

Note: The people who are running my client in IE, might not have enough
permission to install software on PC.

Thanks
Sidney

I confirm you that WSE2 doesn't support xcopy deployment.  If you
don´t run the installer of the wse runtime in the client machine, it
doesn´t work.

Hi Rodolfo,

Just curious to find out your experiences with trying to copy WSE using
xcopy? If you've run into issues, I'd love to know about them.

Thanks,

Sidd [MSFT]
