500 Internal Server?

I have created a C# .Net WebServices. The test and WebServices work fine in
one PC. But when I move the test to another PC I get "Internal Server
Error".

Hi leighsword,

Look in the Event Log for some warnings or errors. Try to open your webservice in IE first.

I have got another errors, "Server Unavailable ,try it later "----at
....readRespose(...message,...)".

I was getting Server Unavailable at one time and I found out that
Indexing Services was causing the problem
when I turned it off everything worked just fine. It looks like
Indexing services locks some files temporarly.
