My development machine has Win XP but my clients Pcs have Win 98 SE
Is it possible for my app to use WSE2 in order to comunicate with my
Wservices knowing that clients will be deployed on Win98?

Is SecureXml supported on 98? If not, roll your own Digital envelope using
RSA crypto and rijdael crypto.
