I am trying to open WSE settings from a VS 2005 project. And I don't  see it
on the list when I right click on the project. Wonder what is wrong?

Look under Tools>Add-In-Manager.  Do you see an option for WSE3 and is it
checked?  I assume you installed the WSE3 SDK on this machine.

Thank you Chris. I have WSE3 SDK but don't see it in addin manager list. What
I have been doing is opening it from the program file menu and selecting
appropriate config files.

Chris
I went back and did a repair on the WSE installation and now I can see the
WSE as an option. Using the WSE from IDE solved my other problem with the
proxy class too. Thanks a lot for pointing me to the right direction.
