Is anyone able to get WSE3 to work with the new Web Application
Projects Add-on? When I right-click on my Web Application Project and
choose "WSE Settings" the checkbox for 'Enable Microsoft Web Services
Enhancement Soap Protocal Factory" is not enabled.

I have been able to get everything working, but I been cutting and
pasting various settings so I am not sure where the holes are with Web
Application projects. I can tell you that you must switch to a web
application project if you wish to use policy attributes on your web
service client proxies (by creating partial classes for your proxies)
rather than calling SetPolicy.

You cannot run the WSE 3.0 Config utility by right-clicking on the project.
You need to run the Config Utility from outside VS2005. You can find it on
your start menu with the rest of the WSE3 stuff.
