It is not clear to me by looking at my environment that WSE 2.0 which I
downloaded in May/2004 was the review version mentioned in the SP1 docs
which needs to be uninstalled first.
Wasn't the May release the RTM version and if so, I assume I DO NOT have to
uninstall this prior to the SPI install?

Would application develped with WSE RTM work with WSE SP1 or needs to be
changed ? Is only recompilation necessary ? We have found WSE RTM to cause a
hit on performance. What are the best practices to gauge best performance
out of it ?
