Here's the scenario:

* you have 1 SOAP message and you have different consumers.
*  Some consumers should have access to the entire message
* Other consumers should have access to only a specific section of the message

Is there any way to do achieve this in WSE 3.0 or do I have to roll my own.

thanks
Allen

Hi Allen,
You definitively can do that with WSE 3.0, but it requires some custom code.
The following steps should be performed:

1. Create a custom security assertion. In this case, you can derive your
assertion from one of the existing turn-key assertions
2. Add the code to create different "EncryptedData" sections in your custom
assertion.

I recommend you to look the WS-I Sample Application for WSE 3.0. It contains
a custom security assertion, which can be used as a reference.
That application is hosted in gotdotnet
