I am using WSE 2.0 SP2 and I am running into some problems viewing certs with
the X509 Certificate Tool. For some reason, I cannot view certs in the Local
Machine\Other People store on certain machines. The Other People store does
not show up in the drop down list. It works on some machines but not all.

If the Other People store doesn't exist, then the option won't appear in the
dropdown. The Other People store isn't created by default, so often it
won't be there.
