I got a problem with this same example,why the exception:"Server unavailable, please try later",what shall I do? Thanks.

Assuming this is a WSE enabled service turn on detailedErrors to see more
detailed error for debugging). Otherwise turn off CustomErrors (for
debugging reasons).
