There was no error while installing VS.net 2005 and WSE 3.0 (final release).
In VS.net 2005, On click of "WSE settings 3.0 ...", I got the following
message and this menu option got removed permanently.

The message details are

The Add-in 'WSE Settings 3.0...' failed to load or caused an exception.
Would you like to remove this Add-in?
...

Error Message: Unspecified error
Error Number: 80004005

Please suggest.

The problem got resolved. I have renamed the file from
"WSESettingsVS3.addin_" to "WSESettingsVS3.addin" at this location
"D:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\MSEnvShared\Addins"

I wish to know why this error occured.
Can anyone throw some lights in this direction?

Cheers!

Pravin Patil
