Oct CTP Install Error

Downloaded 11MB Oct WSE 3.0. And get this error every time after it starts
the progress line:

Error 1722. There is a problem with this Winodws Installer package. A
program run as part of the setup
did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package
vendor.

Downloaded it twice. Any ideas?

Hi William,
That error is common when you try to install WSE on an incompatible VS
version. WSE Oct CTP runs on VS RC (September).
