Where can I find a good sample of WSE 3.0 ASP WebService and an ASP.NET app
that calls it using VS2005?

You could check the quickstart applications shipped with WSE 3.0, or maybe
the "WS-I BSP" Sample application in GDN (
http://practices.gotdotnet.com/projects/wsibsp ).
The last one shows how to build secure and interoperable web
services using WSE 3.0 and the BSP specification.
