Hi, I am using outlook 2003, POP3 account on my laptop and a company called
electric mail for our email service provider.

When I us  my laptop at home I receive my work emails but can't reply or
send emails from my laptop.  My home ISP is insight cable   insightbb.com

I can't figure out how to set up another account so that I can not only
receive my emails but also send and reply to them.

When I have traveled and stay in hotels or am working at starbucks for
example I don't have the issue.  I send and receive fine.

What is different and how can I change the right settings if necessary.

This newsgroup is not for problems with MS Office.  This newsgroup is for
discussing C++/CLI, the programming language.  You will get more help from
an office newsgroup or a networking newsgroup.

That said, when your computer sends mail directly to an outside mailserver,
it looks like a virus trying to spread, so most ISPs block that.  Turn on
authentication and encryption (SSL) and you shouldn't have that problem.
