Error code "800736B1" means "This application has failed to start because
the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application
may fix this problem." Can you tell me where do you get this error code
from, EventLog or somewhere else?

Is your application using VC mixed code or pure native code? Since you are
talking about GAC, I assume you used managed code. Then, is it possible for
you to provide the managed exception details regarding the error code
800736B1? This will help us to analysis the root cause.

Anyway, the easiest way to troubleshoot this problem is using Dependency
Walker(C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\Common7\Tools\Bin\depends.exe) to launch your application on the
problematic machine. Then, you may get some hint about which file is
missing during the binding.
